Fitness Journal

Sore from the few strength-training exercises I attempted yesterday, I have to admit, I have done very little today.

Exercise:

  • Dog walk - medium pace, short route in am but long route with fast pace in pm
Food:
  • 3 breakfast sausages
  • salad with gorgonzola, carrots, and guacamole
  • cereal bar
  • low-fat Greek yoghurt with strawberries
  • Kashi pizza - whole darn thing!

Fitness Journal

Blogging this is taking more time than I have so I guess there will have to be some days when I just note down important info.

Exercises:
  • Shorter walk...regular route at medium pace
  • 10x3 sets push-ups (modified)
  • 12x3 sets Tricep Dips

My Motivation

1

So why am I doing this?  Well, to start with, it is my way of forcing myself to be more accountable for myself.  It is not that I dislike myself or lack self-worth.  I am just a very busy person with a schedule created mostly by the needs of my family, and I haven't had time Continue reading the story "My Motivation"
